Review before send
In the live flow, ELM sends the formal proposal and manages acceptance, payment, and booked-event administration.
See where your payment stands.
The pilot is designed around a pre-event retainer and a final balance after the event and required raw media receipt.
What joining the pilot could mean.
Is ELM Studio live yet?
This is an early interest preview. The sample profiles and activity are illustrative. We will share pilot timing and participation details with creatives who RSVP.
Will I be expected to handle sales?
You would lead the creative conversation, consultation, and scope recommendation. ELM would handle formal proposal delivery, contracts, payment collection, and post-event fulfillment.
Can I use my own calendar?
The planned talent profile supports an approved external scheduling link or a simple ELM-created consultation schedule.
Who decides client pricing?
You choose approved services and state your required payout. ELM calculates and controls the client-facing price. You see both amounts before a proposal is sent.
Does RSVP commit me to anything?
No. Replying lets us know you want to hear more. We will share the pilot details and terms before you decide whether to participate.
Interested in helping shape ELM Studio?
We are gathering interest from photographers and videographers in the initial markets. Tell us where you work and what you create, and we will follow up with the pilot details.
RSVP does not create an account or enroll you in the pilot.
